RETURNS & REFUNDS

We want you to feel confident shopping with Renvioe. If your purchase is not quite right, eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

RETURN ELIGIBILITY

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unworn, unused, and unwashed
• In their original condition
• Returned with all original tags and packaging
• Free from marks, makeup, perfume, deodorant, or other signs of wear

For hygiene reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return unless they are faulty. This may include intimate apparel, swimwear where hygiene protection has been removed, and other personal-use items.

HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN

Include your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for your return.

Please do not send items back without first contacting us.

RETURN SHIPPING

Unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service when returning an item, as Renvioe cannot be responsible for parcels lost during return transit.

DAMAGED, FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Please inspect your order when it arrives.

If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or faulty item, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photographs of the item.

We will review the issue and provide an appropriate solution.

REFUNDS

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to process the refund.

CANCELLATIONS

If you wish to change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.

We cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations will be possible once an order has entered processing or has been dispatched.
